As we are dealing with the ‘App upload service’, the refund is not encouraged under any circumstances, once the app published in the PlayStore / AppStore the order considered as completed.
- Unable to publish the app: If we are unable to publish the android app you will get a full refund for the android app, if we are unable to publish the iOS app you will get a full refund for the iOS app price.
- Invalid refund requests: If you simply decide that you do not want to use the published app anymore, we cannot grant you a refund anymore. We spend our time and resources to publish your app.
- Once you are eligible for a refund you will get your amount back in 4 to 6 working days.
- During the publish process if you request refund, you are not eligible for a refund. The maximum time for a refund request is 30 days. even after 30 days if we were unable to publish your app you will get a full refund.
- Refund is not allowed if your app contains any bugs. you are the only responsible person for any bugs occurred in your app.
- Additional customization of the product is considered as a fresh new project and no refund should be expected for the customization.
- Refund strictly not allowed for customer faults such as re-purchase same product (or) wrong product purchase etc.,
- Please make note that submitappz does not bear any responsibility and hence we do not make efforts to satisfy requests on refund/exchange/return of products, especially on the incompatibility of the products with other multiple OS versions, which are not recommended. Compatibility of products is explicitly specified on the preview page of every product description. Hence we neither guarantee for the compatibility with III-party programs nor support such applications.
